IT CHANGE & RELEASE SUPPORT

Jakarta

Key Responsibility:

• Maintain existing standards system to achieve certain required usage;
• Assist client in using the most appropriate system;
• Prepare or recommended processes, procedures and practices that already exist to improve and manage the confidentiality, integration and provision of information;
• Responsible in providing information technology services and vendors by providing consulting services to support customers PTBC

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Information Technology from a reputable university
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in banking industry
• Having an experience in handling IT project management and program technology
• Having a certification for project management methodology is an advantage
• Process excellence knowledge & Technical and functional expertise will be an advantage
• Having strong analytical and interpersonal skill
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
